For the past twenty years Prairie Joe’s of Evanston, Illinois has found a home in a traditional American Diner which had been in existence since the Fifties.
We are located in Evanston at 1921 Central street.
One block from the Central Street Metra station. We are on the corner where Prairie and Central Street meet.

Monday thru Friday 6:30 AM till 2:30 PM
Saturday 7 AM till 2:30 PM
Sunday 9 AM till 1:30 PM.
